About Deanna Mehlhoff, ARNP, FNP-BC
Founder of NWHS, Deanna Mehlhoff, ARNP, FNP-BC is a life-long resident of Pierce County. Deanna grew up on Lake Tapps, and worked for years locally as an RN in critical care. While attending graduate school in Boston, MA for her Nurse Practitioner she spent 18 months researching Metabolic Syndrome in first responders which lead to NWHS! Additionally, she holds a certificate from Harvard Medical School in Lifestyle Medicine: Nutrition and Metabolic Syndrome. Today the virtual clinic is a compilation of love for civil service and the compassionate caring of our veterans. She is doing healthcare the old fashioned way; in her community, for her community!
